He has held positions like Member, Board of Studies, Faculty of Education, University of Kerala, Core Group Member, Restructuring All Kerala B.Ed. programme (2 years), Core Committee Member, Kerala University Curriculum Revision 2013, 2015, 2019. M.Ed. Curriculum Revision 2013. NAAC Re-accreditation Coordinator, Member, Panel of Peer Reviewers of International Journal of Higher Education for the Future, Chairman University Examination and Practical Board, Chief Examiner, and External Examiner of B.Ed. Degree Practical Board. He is the College Nodal Officer of AISHE and RUSA. He secured the First Rank in B.Ed. 2000, University of Kerala and Third Rank in M.Ed. 2001, University of Kerala. He has participated in a number of International, National and State level Seminars and Workshops and has also presented papers in these seminars. He has a number of publications to his credit. He has also participated in the UGC sponsored Orientation Programme and Refresher Courses. He is a facilitator in Human Resource Development and a Resource person in Personality Development, Online teaching and Evaluating tools and ELT to UGC-MMTTC, Kerala University and many institutions. He is a member of a number of Academic Bodies and an Executive member of Kerala University General Teachers Association.
